Returns & Refunds
• Returns must be initiated within 60 days of purchase.
• Products must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition to qualify for a refund unless the product has unreasonable defect or quality issue.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is processed.
Return Shipping
• New Zealand Customers: We cover the cost of return shipping. Contact our support team for a prepaid return label.
• International Customers: Return shipping costs will vary by location. Please reach out to our team for further instructions.
How to Initiate a Return

2. We’ll provide return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid shipping label.
3. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
