Pharmagenics is a New Zealand-based health supplement brand specializing in joint health products. All transactions, policies, and services are governed by New Zealand law.

2. Product Use & Disclaimer

• Our products are for individuals 18 years or older unless parental consent is provided.

3. Orders & Payments

• We accept all major payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Afterpay (when available).

• Prices are displayed in multiple currencies, but all transactions are processed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to errors, suspected fraud, or policy violations.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days from our facility.

• Estimated delivery times vary based on the shipping location and carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs clearance.

• International customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees.

5. Returns & Refunds

• We offer a 60-day return policy for products in their original, unopened condition.

• New Zealand customers receive free return shipping. International customers should contact us for return instructions.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is processed.

6. Intellectual Property

• All brand assets, product designs, and website content are the property of Pharmagenics & P&B Pharmacy Group and may not be used without permission.

• Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our materials is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Pharmagenics is not responsible for misuse of products or any adverse effects resulting from improper use.

• By purchasing, you acknowledge that results may vary, and we are not liable for outcomes that do not meet individual expectations.

8. Privacy & Data Collection

• We only collect customer information (e.g., email, phone number) when voluntarily provided.

• We do not sell or share personal data except as necessary for order fulfillment and marketing with Shopify, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.

• Customers can opt out of marketing communications at any time.

9. Amendments to Terms

Pharmagenics reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to our website.
